The location of the hotel is very close to the temple and ghat and the rooms are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and the food service is very fast and food was also very tasty and delicious. Specially thanks to Mr Ranjeet Yadav for a good guide and tell every tourist places to।visit. Overall is good .

Everything is good. Location is very nearest to Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dashashwamedh ghat is also walkable distance from hotel. Most thanks to reception people Mr. Ranjit yadav and sapna ji was very helpful people in hotel.
Room was too Good and well maintained cleaning.
They have a seperate Restaurant inside of hotel. And the food was also very delicious and tasty. Service is very fast. Thank you so much to everyone for giving a memorable stay in Hotel shilva inn.

We were 4, my wife and 2 children, one is 14 months.
Following are the list of worst service:-
1. Room wasn't ready even after reaching at 1:30pm, room was alloted at 3pm.
2. Receptionist wasn't experienced enough and asked us to wait in the lobby with small child
3. Room was not spacious
4. Very poor service, if we ask for water or tea, they will serve after repeatedly asking for 10 times, almost after 2 hours
Worst situation list:-
1. Electricity went off, no extra backup, we waited from 6pm to 10:30 pm in the ground floor. After the temporary electricity was ON, no lift and we had to go up the stairs to 4th floor.
2. After reaching the room, water in the washroom had a lot of mud, and after sometime no water for 2 days.
3. Asked for complementary water, and they told to take it from the restaurant 🤬, mostly self service, we need to get down from 4th floor for everything without the lift.
In short, please don't visit for any type of stay.
Money is valuable for everyone and they don't deserve that.
