About this house rental
In the beautiful district of Malmousque, we rent our beautiful family house 50 m from the sea.
Ideally located, one minute from the charming little port of Malmousque, 3 minutes walk from the beach of Maldormé. 15 minutes by bus from the old port and the city center (Mucem, basket district...), one minute walk from all shops (bakery, café, butcher, mini-market...). Calm in the city.
Completely renovated in 2017, our house is 120m2 on 3 floors, it can accommodate from 5 to 7 people.
The accommodation
Ideally located in a dead end street of Malmousque. Both very accessible (even by car) and very quiet.
- Living rooms: an open kitchen-dining room with large wooden table, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, living room with bench, library full of books, and a small guest bedroom / office with a double bed.
- 4 Bedrooms: on the second floor a master bedroom with queen size bed. On the first floor a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with another single bed for children. On the first floor a small guest bedroom with a double bed. Extra baby bed available. Sleeping 4 adults and 2/4 children.
- A shower in the master bedroom, and a bathroom upstairs with WC + a separate toilet in addition to the mezzanine floor.
- Wifi Internet
- Children's games in a playroom upstairs.
- Outside: 2 courtyards with barbecue and a terrace with sea view.
Other remarks
- No private parking. You have to find a place in the area. The ideal is to park and then do everything on foot.
- Plants: the two courtyards will need water during your passage because it is hot!
