Private 2 Bedroom close to Boston, Foxborough and Salem! Enjoy the entire private 1st-floor apartment of this home, which was built in 1910. This home has updated amenities while keeping the charm of the original design. This 1,200-square-foot living space features a beautiful, private porch to enjoy the outdoors. This home is located within walking distance to a quaint downtown full of great restaurants and shops. This location is great for people looking to visit Boston, Encore Casino, Salem and all of New England.
This apartment has been recently updated while maintaining the original charm of this 1910-era home. Guests will enjoy a private 2-bedroom apartment with its own entrance. You will gain entry with a keyless lock with a passcode. There is off-street parking for 2 cars. There is a comfy TV room with a smart TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with three twin beds (1 set of bunk beds and 1 floor level). Enjoy your coffee or dinner on the lovely and spacious private front porch. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, if that's your thing - dishwasher, disposal, stove, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker and toaster.
This apartment is located on a quiet, dead-end street in a safe neighborhood. There is a park just across the street that has a basketball court, a baseball diamond, green space, and a play structure. This home is just a short walking distance to the vibrant Main Street area, which has coffee shops, a post office, a grocery store, gift shops, restaurants, a wine and cheese shop, and much, much more!
Just down the street is the Middlesex Fells Reservation, which contains over 2500 acres for hiking, rock climbing or cross country skiing. It includes 340 acre Spot Pond which offers sailing, kayak, canoe, and rowboat rentals during the summer. Sailing lessons are also available.

N/A re family-friendly. We are both adults. It was clean and wonderful location. I could not find coffee filters so might have those more available. Also, did not find a corkscrew but other than that, it was well appointed, clean and a good stay.

Wonderful home in great location with responsive host. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, etc provided. Full coffee setup was very nice. We were particularly impressed that they brought over salt and came to shovel when snow was in the forecast. The only thing we missed was having a washer/dryer.
