Modern 2BR/ Close to Boston with a lovely outdoor space

Excellent host, very easy check-in, check-out. Good communication. This is a nice neighborhood in a safe and cute community. More seating in the living room would help, there was only the couch when we were there. Wi-fi is slow and water pressure on the weaker side, but this is a nice space with a good host.

Absolutely great location to Boston downtown. Great communication. If you are some one who likes to sleep past 630AM this might not be the best choice unless you sleep heavy. The upstairs tenants are a young family with small kids and you hear every footstep above you. The furniture is nice looking but a bit light weight. Kitchen was well equipped minus paper goods like paper towels and also toilet paper. Be prepared to run to the store- only minutes away. Back deck is amazing but underfurnished for living space. Definitely consider it but check for improvements.

This house was everything we needed it to be- perfect location for us to visit family in a very quaint neighborhood, close to downtown. There are some quirks, like sloping floors, but otherwise we were satisfied. The property was clean, but we were not provided with any trash bags and only had half a roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay with a family of 4-- easy to fix, just may need to plan for a provisions run!

OK place, but a bit cumbersome with public transport. It was also smaller than expected, with tiny bathroom and no separate half bath. We were also woken most nights by the upstairs neighbors even when they tried to be quiet. We were late in booking something close to Boston, but a next time we’ll find something closer to town.
