Treat yourselves to a relaxing break on the left bank of the Dordogne, just 2 km from the centre of Bergerac. This independent, recently renovated ground-floor studio welcomes you for a convivial stay in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre.

- Comfortable double bed (160x200) and small convertible sofa (100x195)
- Modern bathroom with private WC
- Private terrace overlooking the shared garden
- Private parking at the entrance to the property
- 40'' TV, CD-radio player, armchairs and table
- Summer kitchen in the veranda (ideal for preparing your picnics and storing your food)
- Mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle
Breakfast option:
A basket can be placed in your fridge at any time, or a classic breakfast can be served between 8am and 10am. Please inform your host in advance if you wish to take advantage of this option.
Bed linen and towels: not included, but available for rent.
You are requested to leave the accommodation clean at the end of your stay. An optional cleaning service is also available for an extra charge.
