About this house rental
Gîte La Grange, 90 m² and adjoining our home, is ideally located between Tours (40 minutes) and Blois (45 minutes). Perfect for accommodating up to 9 people. Three sleeping arrangements are available exclusively on the ground floor.
Sleeping options:
- 3 double beds
- 1 single bed
- 1 bunk bed
Bed linen is provided for stays of two nights or more.
Large 70 m² living area with comfortable lounge, WIFI, and TV (TNT).
Equipped kitchenette: built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- Ground floor bedroom: 1 bed (160 cm) and 1 bed (90 cm). Ensuite Italian shower, separate WC.
- Mezzanine (15 m² lounge): 1 double bed.
- Upstairs: 1 bed (140 cm) and 1 bunk bed. On the landing: bathroom and WC, towel dryer, hairdryer.
Quiet, shaded 40 m² garden with garden furniture, table for 9, sun loungers, charcoal barbecue, and parasol.
Heated and secure pool, ideal for the peace of mind of children and parents, open from June 1st to September 14th, 10 am to 8 pm, shared with the two gîtes.
Washing machine available.
Baby equipment available (travel cot, baby bath, high chair), fan.
Shared pétanque court.
Shops nearby.
Private access in the courtyard with gate remote (2 tandem parking spots).
Out of respect for the neighborhood, the owners, and the occupants of the upstairs gîte, please limit noise after 11:00 pm.
