The 140 sqm apartment is on the second floor of a 17th-century building. There’s no elevator, but just two short flights of stairs bring you to a bright home filled with natural light from windows overlooking Vicolo de' Cinque and Via del Cipresso.
Inside you’ll find:
A 35 sqm living room with double sofa bed, lounge area, and Smart TV
Two double bedrooms + one single bedroom
A fully equipped kitchen with access to the private terrace
Two bathrooms with showers (one with bidet, the other with handheld sprayer)
A terrace with foldable table and chairs — ideal for breakfast or evening wine

The place was charming, and close to everything. We were walking distance from most of the places we wanted to see, the house was comfortable and warm.
