• Additional sleeping loft in living room for kids over 5 or adventurous adults
• Convertible couch in rec-room loft.

The Property
Enjoy a large, multi-purpose, pine finished rec-room above the workshop with sofa bed, tables, chairs, movies, games and more, along with an attached stargazing viewing deck with outdoor furniture!
Explore nearly a mile of accessible waterfront along Bowley Brook. Relax at picnic tables, benches and firepits, or wander old logging roads and forest trails that lead to a hidden pond and peaceful clearings. Wildlife sightings may include deer, moose, brook trout, wild turkeys, and more.

THIS COTTAGE IS IN A FOREST! You can expect to encounter animals and, yes, bugs :-) Although we do our best to avoid any issues, please keep doors closed, kitchen surfaces as crumbs-free as possible, and food put away to avoid unwanted visitors. Trash is to remain in the entrance mud room for the same reason.

*SUMMER/FALL SEASON NOTE: We recommend you use insect repellent when going out on hikes. Some ticks may carry Lyme Disease. We suggest you check yourself and your pets for ticks before coming into the house. For pets, we found it useful to brush their fur to ensure they are tick-free.

*WINTER SEASON NOTE: A minimum of all season tires are required. 4WD or winter tires recommended.
