This spacious 4 bed 4.5 bath home sleeps 10 people, with a living room, fully stocked kitchen, a playroom with 2 bunk beds, a game room with pool and ping pong, 2 balconies with a BBQ and outdoor seating, and a spacious backyard with a hot tub and outdoor shower (Permit #241476). Located in the heart of Pleasure Point and a short walk from the ocean!

- 4.5 bathrooms
- There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street.

The iconic surf breaks like "The Hook" attract surfers from around the world. This vibrant community boasts a unique blend of surf shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.
This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Nearest grocery store - Whole Foods, New Leaf (5 minute drive)
- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (17 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (25 minute drive)

- Capitola Village + Beach (5 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive)
Other Things to Note:
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

The property was great for our multi- generational family vacation. The location is amazing (so many fun things to do 20 minutes or less drive). The house had plenty of room for our 10 family members and I appreciated the main suite on the kitchen floor for my mom, minimizing the times she had to use the stairs. The property is managed really well and everything ran very smoothly.

The house was perfectly suited for our family of 10. Parents upstairs room was fabulous and very comfortable bed. The kitchen was large and easy to use. The table was great to eat and play games at for a large group . The hot tub was a major hit with nearly all. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location.

Beautiful property, very clean, very communicative property management (without being disruptive). Everything was very clearly labeled, in good working order. There was an impressive array of kitchen appliances available for use (including a high quality stand mixer and waffle iron). The home was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed I slept on gave me a really comfortable sleep. The check-in process felt a little clumsy, needing to take a selfie with my ID explicitly next to my face, and we definitely paid a higher premium than I would have liked, but we booked during a holiday, so it wasn’t thoroughly unreasonable. Every point of contact was welcoming while professional, and expectations were thoroughly outlined without sounding overbearing. We were a group of two families with five members each, and the bedding arrangement amongst the rooms accommodated the varying age ranges well. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group looking to find a place to stay in a friendly neighborhood, especially if you’ve got surf enthusiasts in residence.
