    Great stay in this hotel, room smells good, and bedsheet and towels are clean. The receptionists were all accommodating, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Would definitely come back to this hotel. We also enjoyed their breafast, esp. the pancake. Will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends.

    Our room was located overlooking the main road, you can hear loud vehicles inside. The room is not soundproof. Breakfast place is just an afterthought amenity. The buffet and dining area is not for a “Chateau”, it’s more of a street vibe.

    We were pleasantly greeted by concierge , doorman/bellboy and intern were considerate to request to keep our luggage after checking out so we could maximize pilgrimage to our lady of guadalupe. It was placed in the luggage counter, we came back and claimed it but only the intern facilitated the return. I left a box of pastries along with my luggage. I cam home and pastry box was loosely secure, i found out there is a missing pastry. This act eclipsed the good service of the breakfast crew, the delicious well-plated meal, the cleanliness of the room, and overall ambience of a hotel.
