About this house rental
Escape to this adorable 2-bedroom house in Lake Havasu City located at Sams Beachcomber resort on the island. Newly remodeled with new furnishing and appliances. The bedrooms offer a king and queen bed for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of our Golf Cart to get around. There are Smart TVS in every room including the patio area. The place is stocked as well as a BBQ. The resort has a heated pool and jacuzzi year round. A beach to relax on. There is a free launch ramp, as well as boat docks for boats 26’ and under for additional fee paid to the resort. There are laundry facilities on the premises. We our next to London Bridge, many restaurants, and walking trails. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The host was great and quick to respond to any inquiries. Likes* Easy to access* Bike trails across the street* Nice people* Very Clean* Neat and organized* Nicely decorated with new counters and cabinets* Matching organized dishes and kitchen ware* Good water pressure in shower* Great fans for air flow* Everything worked* Motion sensing light in hallway for nighttime potty trips* Great Coffee bar had all needed neatly arranged.

Truly could not have been any better! The space is beautiful, the beds so comfy, everything is new!The host could not have been more helpful!! They even let us use the golf cart!Can’t wait to go back!5
