The exact unit will be assigned at check-in. You will check in just as you would at any other resort. Your name and phone number will be associated with a confirmation number which will be sent to you once you book. You will need a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals. There is an on-site parking fee of $10.00 USD/day. All reservations will be subject to a daily Occupancy Tax of $4.28/night which will be charged upon check-out.

RENOVATION NOTICE: From July 13 to September 30, 2025, Baja Point will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will take place daily during daytime hours, and construction noise is expected. All other resort amenities will remain open and fully operational during this time.
The Terrace Lounge will be closed for refurbishment from July 14 to Oct. 15, 2025. El Ciruelo Restaurant is expected to remain open during this time. The flooring on level 5 will be replaced from July 14 to Oct. 15, 2025 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please visit hub.vacationclub.com for more information.
The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 1, 2025 through Apr. 15, 2026. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The resort will be undergoing an enhancement project from Sept. 1, 2025 through Dec. 15, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited access to the main pool. Additionally, anticipate construction noise between the hours of 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
