Hotel Marea Vista

Super clean, staff is supper friendly, bed is very comfortable.

Buffet breakfast is only twice a week

I thought the property was nice ! I liked having breakfast and looking at the ocean! But there was a street between you and the ocean ! The view from your room up high is great . And location is close ! The staff was awesome !

The shower pressure was not great and the bed was okay ! Would have love great bedding and a king ! Hey it’s Mexico !

Not much hot water pressure but adequate.

The food was great. Hotel was very clean. It is right infront of the beach. You just have to cross the busy street.

Staff was not responsive when asked for basic items such as towels. It took two days to get extra towels even though the room was reserved for 4 people. Food was good and the hotel shows us as food included however there is an extra fee and it only cover two people not the entire party. There is a different menue and quantity of food provided to those that have the "free food" vs paying. Hotel staff was not forthcoming with information or safety practices after receiving a tsunami warning. There was a tsunami warning during our stay. My card was also charged one month after my stay. Had to cancel the card due to fraud and the charge was from the hotel.
