A 5-minute walk brings you to a sandy beachfront. There is a snowmobile access to Corridor 19 trail riding from the property. Snowmobile from our property to the NH trail system entrance is only 1/2 mile. Enjoy pickleball in the driveway, badminton, a couple of golf holes, and evenings by the fire pit alongside the seasonal brook. Inside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a loft with privacy curtain, 2 full bathrooms, and a lower level with shuffleboard and games—perfect for families and friends year-round.

The beachfront is less than a five minute walk from the house and the kayak/canoe launch is across the road. This is not a waterfront property.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old (unless they are children, part of a family).
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
