Cheryl and Kyle are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful and very clean. They provided great information about the area with hikes and restaurants nearby! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and clearly very well cared for, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away.Cheryl is the perfect host—thoughtful, organized, and attentive. Before our stay, she provided a digital guidebook and even shared personalized recommendations based on our group’s interests, which made planning so easy.The location is fantastic. There are five beaches in the neighborhood, and they truly feel like a hidden gem—the water is clean, and everything is peaceful and beautiful. The house is also stocked with beach essentials like toys, chairs, and coolers, which was such a great touch.It’s conveniently located near North Conway, yet tucked away on a quiet side street in a private development, so you get the best of both worlds—access to everything with plenty of privacy.We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Cheryl is an amazing host. She offered recommendations a few weeks before our stay. She also sent us a guidebook with things to do, places to eat and general information about the house. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace. The house was spotless and in a private neighborhood. We are already talking about taking a trip this summer.
