Beautifully appointed vacation property ideal for families and groups with stunning grounds and a pool. The house has 7 bedrooms and easily accommodates up to 14 people:
Bedroom 1 (upper level) - 1 queen, ensuite bath, jetted tub
Bedroom 2 (upper level) - 1 queen, ensuite bath w/shower
Bedrooms 3-4 (upper level) - 2 twins each, shared bath w/shower
Bedrooms 5-6 (lower level) - 1 queen each, shared bath w/shower
Bedroom 7 (main level) - private bath w/shower
The house features a variety of comfortable leisure spaces including a large dining room, conference room, eat-in kitchen, cushy living room, and a lower level rec room space with games and a full kitchenette. The screen porch, deck, covered patio w/grills, seasonal outdoor pool, and fenced and terraced back yard with a swing set offer fun outdoor options for all ages. Guests also have access to the grounds of the adjacent Pearlstone Center campus, including sports fields, basketball courts, and extensive walking trails.

Although the house itself is beautiful and met our needs, we were highly disappointed when we arrived to find the carpeted areas were disgustingly dirty & stained. This included 5/7 bedrooms and staircases…thank goodness the rest of the house was hardwood. For a luxury listing, this is not acceptable, and took away from our experience. The rest of the floors and space was clean, including towels and linens, with the exception of window coverings which were coated with dust. It was wonderful to have multiple bedrooms with ensuites for our large family attending a wedding nearby.The property was lovely, we wish we had more time to explore the trails. The pool was not open yet. The host was very slow to respond to messages before our stay, and has not yet responded to messages that began after our arrival. I messaged as soon as we arrived to express my dismay with the carpets and have not heard back with any sort of apology or excuse. I messaged at checkout that we had seen a mouse in the living room and found that a mouse had also gone through one of our backpacks, and again, no response. It has been almost a week since we checked out and we still haven’t heard back from the host. Checkin and checkout were super easy. No thank you’s for your stay or sorry for issues. Just automated instructions.We would consider staying again if the carpeted areas were remedied, and if the host reached out to discuss this and poor communication. The pluses did outweigh the minuses,
