Welcome to the Serenity Haven! Whether you are in town on business or for fun, make memories in this calm and relaxing space. Located in St. Paul surrounded by shopping and grocery options and just 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul and Grand Casino Arena (formerly Xcel Energy Center). The space:
When you first enter your two story home, you'll walk into a beautiful large living room and designated work space. Information you need for your comfortable stay will be displayed on the wall. The living room includes a spacious couch that can be used for a 3rd sleeping space, luxurious blankets, and large Roku TV. You'll also find the first floor bedroom which includes a comfortable queen size bed, closet space and dresser, Roku TV, and side tables and lamps with charging unit. Wander into the quaint kitchen and dining space which includes all of your cooking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. Explore the bathroom with tub/shower and many of your essentials provided. Head upstairs to the second bedroom which includes a comfortable king size bed, seating, Roku TV, side tables and lamps with charging unit, and huge walk-in closet.
In addition to all of these luxuries, this home also includes:
* High Speed Wi-Fi with speeds of 900mbps
* Roku TV's in living room and each bedroom featuring free HBO Max, Starz, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+
* Free off street parking for 2 vehicles along with street parking

Guest access:
You will have the entire house and outdoor space to use for a comfortable and private stay. The front door of the house have keyless entry. Parking for two vehicles is located in the driveway next to the home. Street parking is available in front of the home. Back yard can be accessed through back door of the home and gate on the side of the home.
Other things to note:
Pets are welcome! Please do not allow pets on the furniture and clean up after your furry friends outside in the yard. Pet fee is $50 per pet.
Garbage and recycling bins are located in the alley in the backyard. Be careful when taking out trash and recycling as the gate WILL LOCK on you if you let it shut behind you. Use blockers to keep it open located by the gate.
Please be respectful of the quiet neighborhood and keep loud noises to a minimum.

Steve n Katie were fantastic hosts, house was all they showed n said it would be. We were exploring the area for our 29th Anniversary and because our daughter will be going to UW River Falls and will want to explore MN. We enjoyed a packed weekend. We went into Mendota and rented bikes from Lee’s Tour & Rental and road to Minnehaha Falls/Park, lunched across from the rentals at Lucky’s 13. Drove into downtown to see some free museums and the Peanuts sculptures and grabbed some ice cream at 2Scoops (GF & DF options!!). Prior to heading back we drove up n down and around Summit Ave looking at the Mansions & McMansions! Next day we enjoyed the temporary Mexican sculptures on Raspberry Island, Breakfast at The Original Pancake House before taking in a nice long walk around IKEA. Being Gluten Free we really enjoyed the Kitchen set up….we did miss calling Randy’s Pizza in time Sunday night but the reviews on GF pizza to take n bake looked yummy! We ended up scooting about a mile up from the house on the main street to a steak place up in a strip mall…we were too ready for anything comfy after such a great long weekend! The Wegner’s
