Attending Roar Offshore? Special rate starting September 11th. Nestled in between Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, this elegant home has 2 bedrooms, One with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sun Resorts offer 2 pools, 1 with a hot tub, Pickleball, Tennis Courts, Horseshoes, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Fitness Room, Driving & Chipping Range, Shuffleboard, Outdoor shaded pavilion, a library and more. Enjoy all of the amenities, or kick back on the porch and watch the sunset. A short drive to Ft Myers Beach, Bunche Beach or Sanibel Island. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, pool noodles and corn hole bean bags provided. Fall in love with Simple Elegance and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
