The one-room apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate kitchen, and a living area with a double bed (140x200), a desk, a large wardrobe, and a TV. The separate kitchen features a kitchenette with two stovetop burners and a sink, a kitchen unit with a coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave, a toaster, and plenty of dishes, as well as a small refrigerator. The dining area in the kitchen seats two people. This cozy, modernly furnished accommodations are ideal for cyclists and those on short getaways. There is a covered bike storage area in the courtyard with an e-bike charging station, which can be used free of charge. The apartment is accessible through the main entrance of the house.
