About this house rental

This beautiful cottage in Finnhüttenbaustil is located in a quiet location on Tollensesee. The facilities include a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with a fold-out couch with sleep function and in the attic there are again sleeping places for 2 persons. The house is equipped with central heating for the colder days. In addition, there are 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture for 4 persons on the approximately 450 m² plot. The lake is about 100 m walk (2 minutes walk) from the house. There you will find a beautiful jetty and the boat berths. Of course, my rowboat and boat dock is available free of charge during the summer months. A nice playground for the little ones is in the immediate vicinity. In front of the house are the 2 parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available. A pleasant privacy is ensured by a hedge and a privacy fence.

Zum Wasser nicht weit gewesen, aber der Weg zum Steg selbst ist etwas unsicher. Die Hütte selbst ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, aber nicht gut geeignet für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen da es eine steile Treppe nach oben gibt und keine Haltemöglichkeiten gibt. Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte aber nicht durch den Vermieter da er selbst noch im Urlaub war es wurde aber durch eine Vertretung übernommen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung erfolgt und es wurde auch kurz erklärt wo etwas sich befindet. Kleines Manko ist die Sauberkeit da muss ich 1 Punkt abziehen, denn man hatte an der Treppe und an der Couch Spinnenweben gehabt. Alles in einem war es ein guter und ruhiger Aufenthalt gewesen.

Schönes eingezäuntes Grundstück in ruhiger Umgebung. Unser Dackel Willy konnte im Garten frei laufen. Die Finn Hütte ist klein, besonders nach oben hin :-) Aber man hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Siehe Bilder zum Objekt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön zum Wandern und Radfahren. Herr Schönfeld hat uns nett begrüßt in alles gezeigt und sogar noch Grillkohle spendiert, Danke! Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Der Tollensesee hat uns sehr beeindruckt, eine Umrundung mit dem Rad war schon sehr anstrengend, doch man konnte auch das Schiff nehmen, das war sehr schön. Ein Rundgang durch Neubrandenburg entlang der Stadtmauer war für uns sehr beeindruckend. Das Quartier ist nicht geeignet für die ältere Generation, da eine steile Treppe nach oben fùhrt und die Betten nur aus einer Schaumgummimatratze bestehen, unten im Wohnraum muss man jeden Tag die Schlafcouch aufbauen, für unseren Geschmack nicht so gut.

Wir haben 3 schöne Tage in der Finnhütte verbracht. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles da was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist voll eingezäunt und somit war es auch perfekt für unseren Hund. Herr Schönfisch ist ein super Gastgeber der alles zu Beginn genau erklärt. Wir können diese Finnhütte jedem weiterempfehlen der gerne in der Natur und am Wasser ist. Danke für diese Zeit 😊

Wir wurden von Herrn Schönfisch sehr herzlich empfangen und bei einem gemeinsamen Rundgang durch den kleinen Ort mit allen Gegebenheiten vertraut gemacht. Die Finnhütte ist sehr sauber,ordentlich und gemütlich. Für unseren Hund war das eingezäunte Grundstück ideal. Bei 2 Terrassen kann man mit der Sonne mitziehen. Ein Zusatzpunkt für das Boot,das zur Nutzung bereit steht. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man schöne Wanderwege um den See. Wer in purer Natur entspannen möchte,ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen wieder.

Etwas schwierige Zufahrt (Feldweg), aber mit SUV kein Problem. Kleines, gepflegtes Grundstück mit wirklich schönen Terrassen und guter Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 6 km Entfernung). Sehr ruhig (bis auf einen Abend - eine Vereinsfeier auf dem Nachbargrundstück) und erholsam. Restaurant (Hotel) ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, wenn man mal keine Lust auf Kochen hat. Durch die Lage am See Insektencreme nicht vergessen. Die Fenster der Finnhütte sind sehr gut mit Insektengitter geschützt.

Das Objekt entspricht genau der Beschreibung und hat eine angenehme Lage. Trotz der umliegenden Häuser ist es ruhig und man kann toll entspannen. Der Zugang zum See ist schnell erreicht und auch mit Kindern gut zu bewältigen. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Ich denke wir kommen wieder ! 😎😍

Wir verlebten schöne ruhige Urlaubstage in der Finnhütte am Tollensesee.Die Ungebung ist wunderschön.Das Ferienhaus ist, einer Finnhütte entsprechend, klein aber gemütlich und sauber.Die beiden Terrassen wurden je nach Sonnenlage genutzt.Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Alles in allem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden das Häuschen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche am Tollensesee. Das kleine Ferienhäuschen ist super gelegen und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und gut. Herr Schönfisch ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei - auch das war kein Problem. Ganz im Gegenteil. Das Grundstück ist sicher eingezäunt und so war alles entspannt für uns und den Hund. Zum Essen waren wir gelegentlich im nahegelegenen Heidehof-Hotel.

Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir die schöne Terasse und das Ruderboot wunderbar nutzen. Alles, was wir brauchten ,war in der geräumigen Küche vorhanden. Die Kinder haben oben im gemütlichen Matratzenlager geschlafen und gespielt. Die Umgebung bietet schöne Ausflugsziele. Rundum eine schöne Ferienwoche!

Unser Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber sehr schönen Finnhütte von Ronny in Klein Nemerow war super! Die Hütte/ das Haus ist aus Holz und dadurch sehr gemütlich, es können vier Personen ohne Probleme gemütlich schlafen und man hat alles was man braucht: von sauberer Dusche bis hin zum Grill... Die Lage ist perfekt, da nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum See mit eigenem kleinem Ruderboot. Der Garten läd zum Chillen und Grillen ein und wenn man gerne Yoga macht, findet man auch hier ein noch stilleres Plätzchen hinter dem Haus. Ronny ist ein super Vermieter und Gastgeber! Er ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar in der Not zum Bahnhof gefahren! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Lieben Dank nochmal für alles Carina

Das Haus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen des netten Vermieters. Da das Haus erst seit 2017 vermietet wird, fehlte noch ein Toaster, der aber direkt bei Ankunft noch bereitgestellt wurde. Das WLAN wurde auch noch eingerichtet, was wir aber nicht unbedingt benötigten. Es ist aber schnell (gemessene 80 kbit Download). Das Haus ist sehr klein und eher für max. 2 Erwachsene und Kinder bis ca 14 Jahre zu empfehlen. Man merkt, dass das Haus mal älteren Leuten gehörte, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber; gefiel uns gut. Das Boot haben wir 3x benutzt, ideal für Angler. Das Haus hat eine Heizung für Frühjahr und Herbst, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, man kann gut laufen gehen oder radfahren. Durch die Nähe zu Neubrandenburg und Neustrelitz gibt es genug zu entdecken...
