About this house rental
This beautiful cottage in Finnhüttenbaustil is located in a quiet location on Tollensesee. The facilities include a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with a fold-out couch with sleep function and in the attic there are again sleeping places for 2 persons. The house is equipped with central heating for the colder days. In addition, there are 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture for 4 persons on the approximately 450 m² plot. The lake is about 100 m walk (2 minutes walk) from the house. There you will find a beautiful jetty and the boat berths. Of course, my rowboat and boat dock is available free of charge during the summer months. A nice playground for the little ones is in the immediate vicinity. In front of the house are the 2 parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available. A pleasant privacy is ensured by a hedge and a privacy fence.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Eine ganz tolle Lage. Ideal mit Hund, da alles umzäunt war. Das Haus war super und es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen.

Zum Wasser nicht weit gewesen, aber der Weg zum Steg selbst ist etwas unsicher.
Die Hütte selbst ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, aber nicht gut geeignet für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen da es eine steile Treppe nach oben gibt und keine Haltemöglichkeiten gibt.
Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte aber nicht durch den Vermieter da er selbst noch im Urlaub war es wurde aber durch eine Vertretung übernommen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung erfolgt und es wurde auch kurz erklärt wo etwas sich befindet. Kleines Manko ist die Sauberkeit da muss ich 1 Punkt abziehen, denn man hatte an der Treppe und an der Couch Spinnenweben gehabt.
Alles in einem war es ein guter und ruhiger Aufenthalt gewesen.
