Located in a quiet residental Milwaukie neighborhood, this spacious 900 sq. ft., 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ground-level apartment is waiting for you to relax and enjoy with free dedicated off-street parking. The area is excellent for walking, biking and is convenintly located to stores, parks, rivers, restaurants, Max light-railt, freeways, and downtown Portland. The apartment is also elder friendly, with no stairs, and fully wheelchair accessable.

The kitchen has full-size refrigerator with a Brita filterd water pitcher, chilled and ready for you to enjoy. There are also complentary condiments are in the refrigerator and ice in the freezer. Other features include a dish washer, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, crock pot, K-cup and drip coffee makers, tea kettle, a toaster, crock pot, magic bullet, electric mixer, and grill. All of the dishes, cookware and utensiles that you might need are on hand. Complentary coffee, tea, creamer, and sweetners, spices, cooking oil, are provided. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The bedroom offers a cozy semi-firm memory foam queen mattress on an remote controled adjustable farme, and an optional 3" membory foam topper for guests that like extra softness, Fresh bed linens and pillows and a comfy quilt and an extra blanket are provided. The bedroom also has AC, a deadicated work area, recliner, iron & ironing board and an electric fan, The bedroom and living room both have blackout curtains.

The bathroom features a hand-held shower head, a removable shower seat, grab bars, hair dryer, and complmentary shampoo, body wash, and a firstaid kit. A fresh set of bath towels are provided for each guest.

Additoaal ameniites include; on-site washer and dryer, smart TV, indoor electric fire place, two electric fans, outdoor eating area on the patio, basket ball hoop, horseshoe pit, and a game room with a pool table, board games and treadmill,

Our guest apartment is well insulated addtion to one end the primary home with a room in between to provide a buffer between the two living spaces. The laundry room is shared with locking doors to both living spaces for security and privacy. We ask that guests use the laundry for their personal items. If you want a fresh set of sheets or towels during your stay just let us know.

Security: While this is a safe neighborhood, we recommend that you lock your car and apartment doors wheather you are on-site or not. All of the windows in the apartment have screens to let in fresh air. Please remember to close and lock all doors and windows when you leave to protect your belongings. Both exterior doors have code locks that are programed with the last four digits of the primary guests phone number. There are motion activated lights on both ends of the home and back yard to provide light after dark and deter any unwated visitors. We have a motion activated security camera at the mail front entrance to let us know when guests check in and out. There is a peep hole in the front entrace door so that guests can see who is at the door before opening it. This is great for food deliveries.
