The holiday home consists of two apartments arranged over two floors. During the mid and low season, the apartments can also be rented separately:

* **Villa Luna 2**, for up to 4 guests

* Large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and direct access to the south-facing terrace.
* Kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and more.
* 1 bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 × 200 cm and a wardrobe.
* 1 bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 × 200 cm, a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.
* Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

## Outdoor area

* Beautiful south-facing terrace with a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
* Outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue.
* Large, partly covered balcony with a dining table and chairs.

## Additional information

Villa Luna has its own private Wi-Fi connection.

One private parking space is available directly at the house.

Pets are permitted by prior arrangement.

A mooring space for a boat up to 7 metres long is also available.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature and a relaxing stay even on the hottest days.

On request and subject to advance booking, excursions aboard a 50-foot luxury yacht with skipper can also be arranged.

During your stay, and subject to sufficient advance notice, we can offer an interim cleaning service for the holiday property. The price depends on the extent of the service required and the amount of work involved. We also offer a change of bed linen and towels.

These services are available from Monday to Thursday only.

## Security deposit

* A security deposit of **€500** must be paid in cash upon arrival.

## Optional extras

* Towel set: **€12 per person**
* Bed linen: **€14 per person**
The beds will be made before your arrival.
* Children’s package: **€15 per child**
This includes one inflatable pool toy, beach toys, a colouring book and pencils.
* Baby cot: **€25 per week**
