• Security: For your safety, the property is monitored by 24-hour security cameras on the exterior perimeter only. There are also noise monitors in the common areas to comply with city ordinances (these do not record sound, only measure decibel levels).
• Dock Usage: The private dock is available for use for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange access.
• Commercial Use: Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but please discuss this with us prior to booking.
• Only pre-approved vendors authorized by Luxuri are permitted on the property. For security and quality assurance purposes, we do not allow any vendors or service providers who have not been reviewed and approved through our official Luxuri process.

Property has been remodeled to perfection! Everything you could think of is included in the Chef's Kitchen. Perfect for local getaway or long term rental! Communication was also super from all involved. We will be back :)

This house was amazing! The front door has a pink flamingo which is related to the houses history, pre-renovation. Once you’re past the door, everything inside is modern and beautifully decorated. The floors are shining marble and there’s the same style marble throughout the house, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The mail living space is open with a large couch, 2 day beds and a pool table. However the real draw with this house is the location and views! The thatch traffic on tbe canal is amazing and you can see all of it from the living room and 2 bedrooms. The outdoor area is amazing with plenty of seating and a heated pool. The kitchen has absolutely evething including a wet bar, ice maker and wine fridge. The cherry on top was the management team, top notch, professionals and hyper responsive. We had a few minor issues that were resolved immediately. We will be back and look forward to our next family gathering at villa marbella!
