Whether you're seeking stunning Gulf panoramas, spacious living, or warm coastal hospitality, this home delivers.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll appreciate thoughtful design and modern comforts:
🌴Bright & Airy Living Area: Open-concept layout with a plush sectional, additional seating, sleeper chair, large TV, and expansive glass doors framing those serene Gulf views.
🌴Cook & Dine with Ease: A well-equipped kitchen with a central island (dishwasher, sink, microwave) plus seating for four. A dining table for eight makes meals together a breeze.
🌴Smart Storage & Convenience: Walk-in pantry, laundry closet, and all linens/towels provided—with a starter pack of essentials ready to go.
🌴Serene Bedrooms: Three king suites (SE, SW, and NE) each come with their own private bath and closet space. Two of them offer direct access to the covered Gulf-view porch. The dorm-style NW room holds a queen plus a twin-over-twin bunk and has access to the common bathroom—perfect for little ones or overflow guest space.

Sandy Clam V is located alongside the Audubon Bird Sanctuary. This neighborhood offers peace, privacy, and opportunities for quiet birdwatching and coastal walks as well as the perfect space to make memories to last a lifetime.
A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property, as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on the credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.

The property was BEAUTIFUL!!! We thoroughly enjoyed it !!! ESPECIALLY loved that ALL 4 rooms had their own bathroom…that was a PLUS!! The only things I would have liked to see is the living area and back door access with window and door coverings with the option for them to be open if you like for them to be. It was hard sitting in the living area, especially at night, knowing that anyone could walk up and look in on you. That was uncomfortable to say the least. You also might want to consider all of the bedrooms, having accessible closets with hangers. It was hard going in out of our luggage. It would be great if you provide iron/ironing board and hangers. These things would definitely make for a better stay. But other than those things, overall it was a great stay and we are already planning to return!!!

I was so, so grateful to find this location. The house is tastefully and beautifully decorated - crisp, clean, and cozy. Super comfortable with four rooms/baths that are exactly the same (loved the bed!). The kitchen is a lovely open space with tons of social room. The view from the spacious deck and throughout the house is fabulous and the beach is very short walk away. Jennifer was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for questions. I highly recommend this place.

Sandy Clam V was impeccably clean! The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, linens were plush, and all appliances in the house worked well. The house was beautifully decorated, and the view of the Gulf from the front porch was peaceful. The host was prompt with communication and responsive to our needs. 5 star review!
