Bonnie Blue On The Beach II
4 bedroom, 4 bath with two master suites facing the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated, custom designed 2900 sq. ft. home is located in the tranquil gated community of Desoto Landing. A 55 foot by 12 foot covered deck will keep you out of the sun and a 35 foot uncovered sun deck that steps down to keep the hand rails out of view. Porcelain tile floors and granite countertops are throughout the home. The large chefs kitchen has custom stainless appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, double ovens and 5 burner cook top. The family room has 16 foot tall vaulted white washed rough wood ceiling with large wood burning fireplace. The spacious family room has two 12 foot sliding doors that offer a spectacular "no handrail look" for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The family room also features a wet bar with a wine cooler and Scotts large cube ice maker. For your entertainment, the family room provides a 65 inch Samsung tv, DISH satellite and Wifi. All four bedrooms have their own private entrances and private tile baths with granite counter tops. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The home central air conditioning has 2 units, dual thermostats and return air vents in each bedroom for added comfort. The two large ensuite masters face the beach and have 10 foot ceilings and 9 foot wide glass sliding doors that open to the large covered deck. Both masters have a king size bed, large walk-in tile showers with granite counter tops and soaking tubs. The two street side bedrooms have large tiled showers, granite counter tops and two queen sized beds in each room. There is 3750 sq. ft of paved parking and play area under house with lots of lighting, shower, tables, chairs, hammock, grill and fire pit. There is a private gently sloped boardwalk to the private beach. Desoto Landing offers a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Bonnie Blue on the Beach II offers a 60 AMP car charger that is compatible for Tesla Cars and other Electric Vehicles. 60AMP Tesla Charger offers fast charging. Our family recently stayed at Bonnie Blue II and the property was exceptional - so clean, decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room to spread out not only inside, but outside as well. The home was so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, plenty of clean linens, even extra beach wagons and chairs! Having a private boardwalk to the beach made it convenient with 3 small children. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay! We definitely didn’t want to leave and hope to be back soon!

This was our family’s first vacation to Dauphin Island. We spent a week at Bonnie Blue on the Beach II. The house and location was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures we had seen. The kitchen was amply stocked with anything we needed to cook meals in, which was important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed having our own beach area and the kids enjoyed the pool that was just a short walk away. Without a doubt, we will book the same location again.
