This lovely bungalow is completely renovated and equipped with everything needed to enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, en suite bath and walk in closet while the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for guests who can’t quite make it home. Outdoor amenities include tropical landscaping, grill, 2 bikes upon request, washer/dryer, and a private and fenced backyard. This property is pet friendly so don’t leave home without your well-behaved 4-legged friend. In the front yard, beautiful pavers provide ample parking for residents and their guests.
Beach Living: It’s time to live the beach life! Your beach bungalow is located just a short walk from renowned St. Pete Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and heralded for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach makes for an ideal vacation getaway. Only blocks away are boat rentals, para-sailing, stand up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks and almost any water-sport imaginable.

South of Cory Ave near the beach, restaurants, shopping.
Easy in and out the North end of St. Pete Beach.
South Pasadena just over the bridge.

This was our first stay at this property but will definitely not be our last. Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach. The place had everything that we needed as we ended up eating most of our meals at home. The private back yard was great. We spent much of our time there and enjoyed the feeling of being so far removed from the turmoil. Kelly, as always was wonderful to deal with. It was great to meet the owner, Rick, who had some wonderful suggestions for local spots to visit. We look forward to a return visit when the world has returned to normal. Stay safe everyone!!

You can’t beat the location of this house: stores, beach, restaurants , entertainment. You can walk, ride bikes and drive quickly and easily. The backyard is perfect for humans and pets!
