About this house rental
Pet friendly rental....3 bedroom/2 bath tropical beach/pool oasis in the fenced backyard in highly desirable Vina Del Mar/Pass-a-Grille Beach. Large private pool (not heated), remodeled 32 ft long screened patio/outdoor living area, and gas BBQ. Walking distance to quaint Pass-a-Grille Beach. New kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New hall bath. High speed wireless internet and flat screen cable TV in primary bedroom, family room, and outdoor patio. Walking distance to white sands of Pass-a-Grille Beach/Gulf of Mexico, restaurants, bars, local market/ convenience store, and Vina Del Mar Park (where you will have access to pickleball/tennis /basketball courts/playground). Sleeps 8 persons. Lease duration is flexible, but 30 night minimum due to county regulations. Off Season rates are April through December $4900 per month. High Season rates are $7900 per month (January, February, and March). Available October 2026.

My wife and I just finished a month long holiday at Pass-a-Grille and loved our home away from home on Vina del Mar. Diane and Tim were great resources and the house had everything we needed.
Pass-a-Grille is a quiet, almost retro styled beach location that hasn't changed much over the ten years we've been visiting...and we like that. The beach is uncrowded and very walkable and offers consistently splendid sunsets and energizing morning walks.
It's a short drive to the shops, museums and non-beach day activities of downtown St. Petersburg. It's also a short trolley trip to "taller" section of St. Pete Beach with countless shops, restaurants and bars.
We enjoyed the extra space and privacy that comes with a single family house. On days we didn't feel like setting up camp at the beach, we had the pool.
We highly recommend Pass-a-Grill in general, and Vina Del Mar in particular and specifically these owners to rent from for a perfect holiday. Thanks again Tim and Diane......jim and gaby
