A warm welcome to the Höftresidenz in idyllic Alt Reddevitz! Apartment 12 is a 1-room apartment measuring just over 38 square meters with a balcony, located on the first floor.
The heart of your temporary home is the combined living room/bedroom with a balcony facing the morning sun. Pleasantly flooded with light and cleverly divided into different functional areas, you’ll find here, among other things, an elegant leather couch, a dining table, and, of course, a comfortable double bed. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a radio, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are available.
The separate kitchen with an open serving hatch features a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as all the necessary cooking and dining utensils, of course. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.
A parking space is reserved free of charge for your car on the property. You can store bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room. In addition, the building features a shared sauna (coin-operated) and a small fitness room.
