A warm welcome to the Höftresidenz in idyllic Alt Reddevitz! Apartment 14 is a 1-room apartment measuring just over 43 square meters with a balcony, located on the first floor.
The heart of your temporary home is the combined living room and bedroom with a balcony facing the morning sun. Pleasantly flooded with light and cleverly divided into different functional areas, you’ll find here, among other things, a couch (which can be converted into a bed for one person), a dining table, and, of course, a comfortable double bed. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and free Wi-Fi are available.
The separate kitchen with an open serving hatch features a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as, of course, all the necessary cooking and dining utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer.
A parking space is reserved free of charge for your car on the property. You can store bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room. In addition, the building features a shared sauna (coin-operated) and a small fitness room.
