The property welcomes guests with a spacious lobby and gas fireplace and features a fitness room (located on the same floor), elevator access, and an underground parking garage with two reserved spaces for Unit 102. A coffee shop and bar located on the same level serves breakfast and coffee in the morning, along with small plates and cocktails in the evening.
Unit 102 is a spacious 2-bedroom plus private den, 3-bath condo with high-end finishes and thoughtful modern features throughout. This was our family’s first visit to Colorado and our Christmas vacation, and this new construction home truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The condo was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The views were breathtaking — especially during the Christmas season — and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the scenery was the perfect way to end our days. The cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail really stood out and made our holiday vacation extra special.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas and will absolutely be recommending this home to our friends and family back in Texas. We would love to return! We give this a 10 out of 10!
