Emerald Hill 3 is a beachfront one-bedroom, one-bathroom ground floor condo, just steps from your private patio to the dune walkover. Designed for up to four guests, it’s a welcoming retreat for couples or small families who want to enjoy both the beach and the coastal lifestyle of 30A.
Inside, the open floor plan with high ceilings creates a spacious feel, while the living area offers stunning Gulf views as the backdrop to your stay. The sofa easily converts into a queen-sized bed, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare fresh seafood from local markets or enjoy a quiet breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher, giving you everything you need for anything from quick snacks to full meals. With seating for four at the dining table and two more at the breakfast bar, there’s plenty of room to gather for shared meals and conversations.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Location was excellent, beautiful view. However, the condo desperately needs updating. The bathroom is rusting. Worst of all, the third night we were there we started smelling something burning. We called the fire department and they checked everything. They said the hot water heater shorted out and was completely fried. The smell was so strong, the firemen said we should leave, we called Benchmark and they refused to relocate us until the next day. They did not move us until 4:00 the next day. We lost an entire day of vacation due to this issue due to waiting on answers and someone from the management company to do their on inspection and having to pack and unpacking.
