You'll love being able to walk right out the patio doors and step onto the beautiful green space framing the views of the Gulf. This makes a great spot for a picnic or for the kids to play, before heading down do the beach and soaking up the sun. Take a well deserved break by the pool while reading your favorite book. There are plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas.
Emerald Hill 5 is a perfect escape and only a short walk or bike ride to nearby shops, restaurants and famous Seaside.

On the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular state parks, as well.

Emerald Hill 5 is a first-floor unit, with access from the parking area via a short stairway leading to the unit entrance.
A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Very nice stay including Hurricane.EH exterior has been redone well-fresh coating, new Sliding Glass doors, new grass & dunes in great shape. Unit is clean but feels corporate. Improvements needed-1. only 1 outside patio lounge-need another chair,2.Need more dishes-make them plastic-including glasses, wine glasses, plates so they don't break or you could take to beach.3. Coffee maker on last legs. was tough-no networks hard to figure out what was free-just use ATT or Spectrum. 5.Need a shower mat or bath mat.6.Need more standard pillows.7. Very nice dealing with office on hurricane-lots of updates and fair if we had to evacuate. 8.Initial email communications with staff was slightly intimidating, like getting extra parking if someone visited and cleanup extras and being late extras, beach tags, etc, but after we got there, we realized it was business as usual and easy. We are 80 now and have been coming to EH since late 1980's (my company built in 1983)so we are oversensitive and we do not damage or abuse units, but I cannot imagine all of the types of people who damage units, etc. that you have to deal with so we do understand. We dealt with "Seagrove by the Beach" realty for so many years and that was just a little easier and friendlier, but we do understand VRBO is now the thing and is new to us. I want EH to always succeed because we built it and we will come back again soon and probably same unit-this is just constructive criticism. Overall-really pretty good vacation on beautiful beach and we had a nice time including Hurricane Helene. The general area of Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, etc. in unbeatable and EH allows you to look out window right at the gulf and beaches are best. We ate at Surfing Deer & Wine Bar at Watercolor, we shopped at Sea Side, we got fresh fish from Goat Feathers and I ran every day on great bike bath along 30A. Incredible area for a vacation.
