POOL HEAT
The pool is available year-round. There is a $150/day fee for pool and hot tub heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
During quiet hours, please do not use any devices that produce or amplify sound outdoors. Noise levels should be kept low enough that they are not audible to neighboring properties.
LOCAL LAWS
Notice on Outdoor Lights
In compliance with the County’s Light Trespass Ordinance, all outdoor lighting, including porch, driveway, garage, and string lights, must be turned off by 11 PM. This helps protect the night sky and maintain neighborhood harmony.
Please note that fines of up to $2,000 may be issued for violations and will be charged to the guest.
Lights at Night
To help keep the neighborhood peaceful, please remember to turn off indoor lights—especially in the living room and kitchen—before heading to bed each night. This helps minimize light spill and ensures a great experience for everyone.
Good Neighbor Guidelines
Yucca Valley has strict permitting for short-term rentals. The town has the legal right to remove those not abiding by them. The full Good Neighbor Brochure is accessible on the app for renters.
NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
POOL HEAT
The pool is available year-round. Pool heating is available for $250 per day, and hot tub heating is available for $150 per day. Let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like either (or both) heated during your stay.
SECURITY
For security, there are ring cameras on the exterior of this Wander. Exterior security camera locations: Entryways (front door, garage, pool back road, propane back road). There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
