The ocean was very close beautiful view beautiful beach and everything you needed was close by

1. Online pics misleading and info not on website. Both bedrooms are downstairs,kitchen and den upstairs. 2. Kitchen drawers/cabinets looked like the things had been tossed in (except for plates). 3. Couch- no cushion to it at all. 4. You must walk thru the master BR to get to the beach. 5. Bedrooms- no tv. 6. Outdoor shower didn’t work. 7. Stairs so narrow, it was difficult to get suitcases/coolers up and down. 8. Poison ivy all along the driveway. Grass not cut. Trash cans laying down. 9. Smoke alarm would go off when dryer in use and I could smell something electrical. I called the office (day 2 of the 7) but never heard back from them. 10. I messaged them 15 days prior to arriving and requested an early checkin and was told theyd let me know. On arrival, I looked in the windows, as I knew no one had been there for 2 days. I called and was told it wasn't ready. They called about 45 min later to tell me it was ready. Housekeeping card inside documented it had been ready for 2 days. Why not just be honest and tell me that checkin can't be changed. or what difference does it make to them if I get there early and want to checkin? POSITIVES: nice views, beds pretty and comfortable, soundproof from nextdoor part of duplex.
