This newly renovated4-bedroom home is tucked right in the heart of Blowing Rock and offers sweeping mountain views that the whole family will love.
Step inside to a bright and spacious main level with an open floor plan connecting the living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. Expansive corner windows frame the long-range mountain views, flooding the home with natural light—a picture-perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your coffee or unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.
With three bedrooms featuring brand new plush king beds, everyone can relax in style. Downstairs, kids (and kids at heart!) will love the brand-new built-in bunk beds—a fun and cozy hangout. With a full bathroom on each level, everyone has plenty of space to freshen up after a day of mountain adventures.
Whether you're exploring the trails, strolling through downtown Blowing Rock, or simply making memories at home, Roll With It is the perfect place for your family getaway to the North Carolina Mountains!
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Roll With It can receive a 5% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

We had a great time staying at Roll With It. THe home was in great shape, with beautiful views of Grandfather Mountain and Beech Mountain off in the distance. Our family has 4 kids, from 12 - 4 yrs old, and the bunk room was the perfect spot for them to unwind and sleep in. We enjoyed being close to Blowing Rock, and not too far off the road to get to the home, but just far enough that you couldn't hear any traffic or vehicles. I would highly recommend the Home for anyone looking for a nice mountain retreat with a stunning view.

The home was even better than the pictures. We loved basement and bunks and separation upstairs. The view was absolutely incredible. You get the feeling of being private and secluded but close to everything and very convenient location. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
