With space for large groups, thoughtful amenities, and a prime location on the lush side of the Big Island, this home is perfect for relaxation, adventure, and fun.

Please note: Like most homes on the east side of the island, this home does not have air conditioning. Instead, it is equipped with a whole-house fan, ceiling fans, and portable fans to keep the space breezy and comfortable in true island style.

This side of the Big Island is famous for its lush greenery and tropical beauty

Per Hawaiian regulations for short term vacation rentals, the owner resides in a private apartment on the ground floor. Guests enjoy full access to the entire upper level and all outdoor amenities. As well as one covered parking spot and on site included laundry.
