The Space:

Step inside and relax in the inviting living room, where a smart TV, decorative fireplace, comfortable couch, love seat, and armchairs set the stage for cozy evenings filled with movies or board games. The kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, a Keurig k-cup/drip duo coffee maker, counter seating for two, and a kitchen table for four. A separate dining room with seating for six provides the perfect spot for family dinners or celebrations. Make your way outdoors where your own private paradise awaits. Take a dip in the in-ground pool or soak up the sun in the built-in, poolside lounge spot. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit to share stories under the stars.

This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a twin size sleeper sofa in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and patio access.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with 2 single vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 is accessible via its’ own private back entrance and includes a king size bed, a table for 3, two armchairs, a mini fridge, and an ensuite half bathroom with a single vanity.



This home also includes an additional bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer located in the downstairs room

- Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available. No access to garage.

- No pets.

- Fireplace is currently non-operable.

- Pool is not heated. Jacuzzi can be remotely, please do not touch pool equipment.

- Hot Tub will not heat if temperature is below 60 degrees.

- Long-term stays allowed.
