Loved the location but was a bit surprised when we checked in at the office, we actually needed to walk a few blocks to the location where we actually stayed. The rooms were spacious along with the bathrooms. Our mattress was a bit on the hard side. A soft mattress pad would go a long ways. The staff was very accomodating.

It was a beautiful little quaint hotel on a lovely Florence avenue bustling with tourists and lovely shops and restaurants. The young lady that greeted us was so accommodating and kind and even kept our luggage while we went to Rome for the weekend even though we weren't coming back to that hotel to stay. Great rates and a memorable experience.

Clean hotel, nice bed, huge bathroom although not en suite.
The smoker was kicked out by the hotel staff (Thank you). Excellent location as very near the train station Sta.Maria Novella. There are a lot of restaurants below the hotel. There are Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean and of course Italian restaurants to choose from. We got a 10 % discount from eating at Katti restaurant.
