This 3-bedroom basement apartment in Layton is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With a king bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds, guests can unwind in comfort. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. Enjoy all that Layton has to offer when you stay at our place.

In a quiet neighborhood with a backyard that makes you feel like you're nestled in the mountains which includes a half basketball court, cornhole game, patio furniture, a water feature, and a BBQ grill.

Our stay was fantastic! Very welcoming hosts and space. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My teens loved the special snacks that they provided. We will definitely stay here again!!

This place is perfect for 5 adults and so much cheaper than getting 3 motel rooms. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host thought of everything including extra blankets, snacks, water, and movies to watch. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend 10/10.

Very clean, great outdoor spaces for relaxing and plenty of room for our family to sleep and stay comfortably. Lots of extras! Games, snacks, drinks, movies etc. 10/10 would recommend. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the PILLOWS…..Literally my favorite pillows I’ve ever slept on.
