The outdoor backyard area is shared by the owner next door and includes the pool, hot tub, and gym, as well as BBQ, large table, and plenty of seating and sunbathing.

We were in town attending a fundraising event, and this great property was within blocks of our friends' house. It's unique layout was perfect! We will definitely be back!!
