The redwood deck off living area offers a quiet and peaceful setting guaranteed to be one of your favorite spots to pass the time. Upgraded flooring and granite countertops along with new furnishings add to the ambiance of this cozy mountain retreat. Vaulted ceilings and cathedral-style windows in the upstairs master suite echo the mountain charm all around you.

1. Quiet Hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM
Please be considerate of your neighbors.
2. There is a firm NO SMOKING policy throughout the Meadows, both inside and out.
3. Please do not overload the dumpsters, and use the GREEN dumpsters for trash and BLUE for recycle.
4. Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink that is not easily degradable.
5. Fireplace is not for guest use. Thank you for understanding

To book with your pet, either call us directly, or select a pet-friendly property on our website, and click the `Pet Fee` box at check out. For properties requiring prior approval, please email or call us with the request.
We suggest bringing your pet`s bedding as pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds.
If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.
Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets.
Visiting pets are not allowed.
We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.
If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,
(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.
(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and
(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.

We have been staying in this condominium on the pond each year since 2006. The condominium is cozy, like coming home. Beautiful view of the pond from the living room and the deck. This last memorial weekend we watched the bald eagle and his mate for two days flying over the pond and diving down to fish.
