This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is tastefully equipped, featuring new carpet throughout, new couches for your comfort, and everything you could need to make your stay a lasting memory.
Coming Spring 2026: air conditioning for those warm summer days, fresh paint, and updated flooring throughout.
Bringing a fur friend? This home is it! Featuring a dog bed in the master bedroom for man`s best friend, and a beautiful, fenced in private yard for al fresco dining and enjoyment.
Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1- 1 king bed
Bedroom 2- 1 queen bed
2 full bathrooms
*Rates based on double occupancy per room. Additional guests $25 per person per night.

1. Quiet Hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM
Please be considerate of your neighbors.
2. There is a firm NO SMOKING policy throughout the Meadows, both inside and out.
3. Please do not overload the dumpsters, and use the GREEN dumpsters for trash and BLUE for recycle.
4. Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink that is not easily degradable.
To book with your pet, either call us directly, or select a pet-friendly property on our website, and click the `Pet Fee` box at check out. For properties requiring prior approval, please email or call us with the request.
We suggest bringing your pet`s bedding as pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds.
If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.
Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets.
Visiting pets are not allowed.
We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.
If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,
(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.
(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and
(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.
