Balsaggart Farm, a farmhouse consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, electric hob, Rayburn cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and Smart TV, a utility with washing machine, a dining room with dining seating for six people and decorative fireplace, a sitting room with woodburning stove - starter pack provided, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a sunroom with six chairs. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite and two twins. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. There is an enclosed garden patio with picnic benches, flowerbeds, pond and paths to lawned areas and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pond in garden, children must be supervised at all times. Mind your head on patio doors in sunroom. This is a working farm, take care and be respectful if exploring the surrounding area. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 350GBP. The window cleaner comes once a month and the exact day or date cannot be provided. The gardener comes on Mondays but not every week; visits depend on the garden’s maintenance needs. Guests should be aware that these services may occur during their stay.

Town: Kirkmichael is a small village in South Ayrshire. It is home to a local shop, internet cafe and pub and is a good touring base for discovering this beautiful area. Just three miles away is the town of Maybole, the ancient capital of Carrick, which has a recorded history dating back to the 1100s. The wonderful Ayrshire coastline is within easy reach, whilst the busy market town of Ayr, the capital of Burns Country, with its host of amenities, is just 10 miles away. Galloway Forest, a mere 10 miles away, provides excellent walking opportunites, and captivating Culzean Bay, with its grand castle and delightful gardens, is within a 20 minute drive. A wonderful, peaceful location, perfectly located for exploring the beautiful West coast of Scotland.
