Two bathrooms fully equipped (main bathroom has a soaking tub/steam shower). Large flat screen tv's in the living room and bed rooms. The property also includes a private hot tub in the back yard with terrific sunset views over the intercoastal waterway. Wi-fi covers the whole house and back patio. Includes arge laundry room off the remodeled kitchen. Plenty of parking with a 2 car garage and circular driveway.

Hang out, have a refreshment in the spa, or fish off your own private dock. Feel free to use the 2 stand up paddle boards and electric bike stored in the garage. Walking distance to shopping center. Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Clearwater Beach are biking or a trolley ride away.

Looking for multi-month renters. Minimum stay is 30 nights.

**Note: owner's boat is stored on the boat lift and not part of the rental. Owner will give 48 hours if access to boat is needed. Boating season is slow from now to spring, so just enjoy the view without seeing me.**
