The location is great ! The apartment was comfortable too and well equipped. The host was very responsive and communicative.
The checkout felt rushed around 9:30 am.

Property does not provide breakfast. We love the location. We always stay at the former Ebb Tide when we come to Clearwater.
The couch/sofa. It was not comfortable.

Location of the room on the river with boats and three blocks from the beach
Room was not finished , missing sheetrock over the refrig, missing tile on the floor around the island and kitchen cabinets. Wall patches not professionally done and looked a bit crude.
