• Use of the hot tub, sauna, firepit, and outdoor areas is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while using these amenities.
• Guests agree to waive all claims against the host related to the use of the hot tub, sauna, firepit, decks, or any other recreational equipment.
• Children must be supervised at all times. This is not a child-proof home. The property includes stairs, decks, and water-adjacent amenities that require adult supervision.
Plumbing & Septic System Care
This property uses a private well and septic system. To protect it:
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no wipes, hygiene products, paper towels, diapers, etc.)
• Do not use the garbage disposal or put food, grease, or non-food items down the sink
• Guests are financially responsible for plumbing or septic damage caused by improper use.
Cleaning & Maintenance
A professional cleaning crew services the property after each stay. However, please:
• Remove shoes indoors to help preserve flooring
• Place trash in the outdoor containers provided
• Treat the property respectfully — additional cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in a fee

This property was lovely, and the perfect spot for a cozy, relaxing long-weekend with our family. It's the perfect distance from Deep Creek Lake to be quiet, but close enough that it is convenient to all the amenities the lake offers. The host was very communicative and prompt when we had questions.

The Four Seasons did NOT disappoint. Most of the time you go to a place and the pictures are better than the actual place… well, not here. All the touches were mindful, beautiful decor, luxurious furnishings all throughout the house. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The chalet has everything you need for entertaining. We will DEFINITELY be renting here again when we come back to the area. The hot tub was clean and HOT, as was the sauna. The bathrooms are oversized with everything you need. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, cookware, and plenty of supplies to host a large gathering. Can’t say enough about this location! All nestled away in the woods away from the busy traffic of the main road, yet close enough to all the attractions.
