Avant BGC 2 Bedroom All appliances are brand new!

I love that the location is just close to a lot of restaurants. Infront of the building are Mcdo and Maxs Restaurant good for emergency meals if we don't want to go out anywhere or don't want to wait for food to he delivered. I love that there are two bedrooms and balcony. I love that there is a dining space where all of us can eat properly. Washing machine is a plus and make it so convenient as I don't want to keep going to laundromat and wait for our clothes to be delivered, i just found it hassle and time consuming sometimes. The room and beds are good quality. Invest in quality for long term use which is a plus too, some apartments provide bad quality of bed. Remember that foreign people are big so it is important to have a good quality bed.

Swimming pool is not so appealing to me. I don't like the mailbox that it is in the 2nd floor inside the gym.. a bit inconvenient place to put it.

The location was superb. Walking distance to supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, park. There were little hiccups during our stay but the host was very responsive and all got fixed right away. I also love having two bathrooms in this place.

The AC was a little old. The hot and cold shower was a little confusing to operate.

There is no breakfast serve.

There is no additional bed which the two person lay down on floor. No free internet and no free parking

Great location and the apartment was clean and comfortable
