    Poor management. They expect guests to clean the room and take out the trash upon checkout. Very inconvenient and definitely not a relaxing experience. I won't be returning to a place that treats its guests like unpaid janitors

    The location is fantastic, offering the huge convenience of direct access to the Venice Grand Canal Mall, plus helpful nearby markets. I'd rate the unit a 3 to 3.5 stars. It's well-equipped and maintained, but the design and furniture are just okay. A major drawback is that the window shades are terrible and don't fully block out the sunlight. Crucial Note: This is a private unit in a secured building with no hotel services. Manage expectations accordingly. The owner is very responsive and helpful!

    The place is decent, especially if you are looking for a unit near Venice Grand Canal. While the unit was clean, there was a weird odor in the sink area. Additionally, the keycard didn't work for the gym, so I had to call a security guard just to get in. Lastly, the hosts are not very responsive; it takes a long time to get a reply. After checking out, we asked about our 1,000-peso deposit, but they haven't responded. I am a bit skeptical about whether it will be refunded or if I am being scammed. As I am writing this, it has been hours since we checked out, and I haven't received any message regarding how I will get my deposit back, even though I already informed them that we left.
