Pros: The apt was very cute, beds were comfortable, pretty clean ( some linens/ pillow cases were questionable). Cons: Parking is scarce. Neighbors downstairs partied and smoked weed into the early hours( 4am). Another set of neighbors fought violently all night ( first night we stayed). The entire building reeks of weed. Saying that… we never felt afraid or threatened. Neighborhood is just sketchy. The apt is well worth the money, I’d stay there again.Philly is an awesome energetic city and I’d highly advise visiting!

Everything was exactly as described and pictured! The beds were comfy and thw house was immaculate. The water pressure lacked and the neighborhood is noisy at night but overall it was a good stay!

Considering the neighborhood, this place is nicer than you would expect. The finishes are in good shape, the beds are comfortable, and the living area is spacious. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the water pressure and the condition of the cookware in the kitchen.
