This stunning, beautifully furnished, newly renovated 2/2 unit sits in one of the most desirable districts of Philadelphia. The charming area of Old City! Step right outside to some of the most amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and sites that Philly has to offer. Unit comes with three queen sized beds as well as two aero-beds and comfortably sleeps 8 people! It also comes with every amenity needed for your short or long term stay. Just bring your toothbrush!

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.
Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Great location within walking distance of many historic sites, coffee shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable! I was able to obtain an early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our travel schedule. Highly recommend.

The location within Old City was great, the unit is close to a lot of historic locations and great restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and communication with the Host was excellent. There were a few inconveniences, like no wash clothes or kitchen towels and very flat pillows. You could definitely hear people in the unit above as well.
Our major pain point was the noise at night. The unit is on the third floor of the building, above a bar. There is a lot of noise below the unit and from the street if you are in the front bedroom.
